This was Nicki Minaj at the recent MTV Video Music Awards 2011, she took her eccentricities to another level in this indescribable outfit, whoever the designer or the stylist is,they must be from either Pluto or Mars, and for the star of the season to wear this very garrulous outfit , she must just be waking up from a nightmare- AN INVASION FROM THE TOY STORE or something else, would one describe this as Ninja on the rampage or assassins overkill or what, any which way, it doesn't take away from the fact that she is very good at what she does.
